Notes:	The notification by Morocco to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'This Act concerns the organization of the civil service. It defines the principles and legal conditions for officials as well as their rights and duties in the exercise of their functions. In particular, it requires all officials to keep confidential everything concerning the facts and information of which they become aware during or in connection with the performance of their duties (see Article 18).'
