The principal Plants Breeder's Rights Act No. 110 of 1994 was most recently amended by the Schedule 1 (item 92) of the Statute Law Revision Act 2011, which was enacted on 22 March 2011. The amendment made by this Schedule was incorporated into the most current Act compilation for Australia’s plants breeder's rights that was prepared on 29 March 2011 and published on 30 March 2011 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General’s Department, Canberra. This compilation codifies all amendments to the principal Plants Breeder's Rights Act No. No. 110 of 1994 up to the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 (Act No. 5 of 2011).
