Notes:	WTO Notification states: "These Rules are made under Section 3 of the Trade Marks Act, 1963. They come into operation on such date as may be appointed for the commencement of the Act. They replace the rules (other than Rules 20, 21 and 22 of the Industrial Property Rules, 1927) relating to trade marks made under the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927".
