This text was notified by the Irish Government under the heading 'Industrial designs'. However, it deals also with other industrial property titles.
The notification by Ireland to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Act makes provision for the granting of patents for inventions, the registration of designs and trade marks, and the definition and protection of copyright in the Republic of Ireland'.
