Year of Version 2018 Dates Entry into force: November 1, 2011 Adopted: August 12, 2011 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Competition, Other Notes This consolidated version of the Competition Act incorporates all the amendments up to Act No. 251 of April 20, 2018, which enters into force on November 28, 2018.
The said Act No. 251 introduces the following amendments to sections 35, 36 and 40 under Chapter 5 of this consolidated version:
- Adding subsection 3 to Section 35;
- Revising Section 36;
- Adding subsection 2 to Section 40.
