This consolidated version of the Act on Telemedia incorporates all the amendments up to the Third Act of September 28, 2017, on Amendments to the Act on Telemedia, which entered into force on October 13, 2017, on the day following its publication in the Federal Law Gazette, in accordance with its Article 3.
For the amendments introduced by Article 1 of the said Third Act of September 28, 2017, see the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Section 7, paragraph (2), sentences 2-3 (repealed) and 3-4 (added);
- Section 8, paragraph (1), sentence 2 (added), sentence 3 (the words „Satz 1 findet' (“Sentence 1”) are replaced by the words „Die Sätze 1 und 2 finden' (“the Sentences 1 and 2”)); paragraph (4) (added).
