This consolidated version of the Wine Act (hereinafter “the consolidated Act”) incorporates all the amendments up to the following amending Acts of 2017:
- Act of June 26, 2017, on Amendments to Regulations Relating to Wine and Agricultural Market Structure, which entered into force on July 4, 2017, and whose Article 1 amends § 7, § 7b, § 7c, § 7d, § 7e, § 9, § 22c, § 25, § 43, § 44, § 50, and adds § 22g to the consolidated Act;
- Act of June 27, 2017, on the New Regulation of Protection Against Harmful Effects of Ionizing Radiation, which entered into force on October 10, 2017, and whose Article 9 adds § 26a and amends § 49 of the consolidated Act;
- Act of March 10, 2017, on the Dissolution of the Federal Monopoly Administration for Spirits and on Amendments to Other Acts, which entered into force on January 1, 2018, and whose Article 12 amends § 56 of the consolidated Act.
