This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code takes into account amendments up to Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 29, 2017, which entered into force on August 10, 2017.
The said Federal Law No. 223-FZ introduces amendments to the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- Section I, Chapter I, Article 10, paragraph 7;
- Section II, Subsection II, Chapter 15, Article 158, paragraph 4; and Chapter 21, Article 229, paragraph 14.1.
For provisions relating to intellectual property, see Section I, Chapter 3, Article 23 (1)(5); and Section VII, Article 445(3) of this consolidated Civil Procedure Code.
