This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code incorporates all the amendments up to 'Law No. 217 of December 23, 2016, on Amendments to Certain Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic', which entered into force on December 30, 2016.
This consolidated Code was repealed by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 6 of January 20, 2017, on the Enactment of the Civil Procedure Code, the Administrative Procedure Code, and the Law on Enforcement Proceedings and Status of Judicial Executors, which entered into force on January 24, 2017.
