For the amendments introduced by the Amending Law, which entered into force on April 26, 2017, see the following provisions of the consolidated text:
- Section I, Article 3;
- Section II, Articles 9-1 & 9-2;
- Section III, Articles 10-1, 15-2 & 17.

Articles 4, 5, 13 and 24 of this consolidated text of the Law on Cinematography provides for the copyright protection of cinematograph films.
