Year of Version 2016 Dates Adopted: April 13, 2012 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated text of the Criminal Procedure Code incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 1798-VIII of December 21, 2016, on the High Council of Justice ('the Amending Law').
