This consolidated text of March 13, 2002 of the Law No. 3/2000 of January 7, 2000 incorporates all the amendments up to 'Law No. 3/2002 of March 12, 2002', which was published in the Official Gazette on March 13, 2002, and entered into force on April 2, 2002. The said Law No. 3/2002 introduces the amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated text:
- Title III, Articles 32 & 33;
- Title IV, Articles 38, 39, 46, 48, 50 & 51;
- Title V, Article 53.
