Notes This consolidated text of the Organic Law No. 6/1985 of July 1, 1985, on the Judiciary (also called 'Law on Judiciary') incorporates all the amendments up to 'Organic Law No. 16/2015 of October 27, 2015, on privileges and Immunities of Foreign States, International Organizations with Headquarters or Offices in Spain and International Conferences and Meetings held in Spain' (hereinafter 'Amendment Act'), which was published in the Official Gazette on October 28, 2015, and entered into force on November 17, 2015.
The 'Third Final Provision' of the Amendment Act introduces changes to Article 21, paragraph 2 of under Title I, Book I of the consolidated text of the Law on Judiciary.
