This consolidated version of the Civil Code incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 211 of July 29, 2016, on Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Act (hereinafter 'Amendment Act'), which was published in the Official Gazette and came into force on September 30, 2016.
For the amendments introduced by Article IV of the Amendment Act, see the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- Book One, Title IV, Chapter II, Article 274(1), paragraph g;
- Book Three, Title III, Chapter XXVII, Article 1333(2).
