For the amendments introduced by Article IV of the Amendment Law No. 101, see the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- Chapter I, Article 5(1),(2)(b) in which the words 'State Enterprise 'State Agency for Intellectual Property,' are replaced by 'State Agency for Intellectual Property'; and the words 'Official Bulletin of Industrial Property of Moldova' is replaced by 'Official Bulletin of Intellectual Property'.
- Chapter III, Part 3, Article 50(6), which is repealed.
