This consolidated version of the Federal Law No. 135-FZ incorporates all the amendments up to Federal Law No. 275-FZ of October 5, 2015, which was officially published in the Official Internet Portal of Legal Information (http://www.pravo.gov.ru) on October 6, 2016, and entered into force on January 5, 2016, 90 days after its official publication, except for Article 4 which entered into force on the day of the official publication on October 6, 2015, in accordance with Article 6.
This consolidated Federal Law contains, inter alia, the following provisions related to the interface between intellectual property rights and competition law:
- Chapter 2, Article 10, paragraph 4;
- Chapter 2, Article 11, paragraph 9;
- Chapter 2-1, Articles 14.4 to 14.7.
