Notes The notification by France to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Law of May 6, 1919, on the Protection of Appellations of Origin Law is partly codified in the Consumer Code (Law No. 93-949 of 26 July 1993, except for Articles 10 to 13 in particular).'

The Consumer Code was repeawled by Ordinance No. 2016-301 of March 14, 2016, on the Legislative Part of the Consumer Code.
