Year of Version 2014 Dates Adopted: December 4, 1987 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Court Organization Act incorporates all the amendments up to Act No. 12886 of December 30, 2014 (See Addenda for the list of amended provisions and dates of entry into force thereof).

The Act No. 12866 of December 30, 2014 contains the following: (i) Article 3 of the Chapter 1 classifies categories of courts including patent court; and (ii) Section 2 in the Chapter 3 sets out the organization of patent court including provisions of President of Patent Court (Article 28-2), Division (Article 28-3), and Judgment Authority (Article 28-4).
