Year of Version 2014 Dates Entry into force: November 3, 2014 Adopted: November 3, 2014 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The Beijing Intellectual Property Court (the 'Court') shall accept cases from November 6, 2014. Where parties concerned institute legal proceedings for intellectual-property-related civil and administrative cases of first instance after November 6, 2014, such cases shall be accepted by the Court. Where the parties concerned are not satisfied with the intellectual-property-related civil and administrative cases of first instance that are ruled by people's courts at the district or county level and institute an appeal after November 6, 2014, such appeal shall be accepted by the Court.
The judgments, rulings and conciliation statements of cases of first instance heard by the Court shall be executed by the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court.
