Notes:Section 79 exempts certain aircraft from seizure, detention, or any interference in Barbados on the ground that the construction, mechanism, parts, accessories of or operation of the aircraft infringes a patent, design or model. This exemption applies to aircraft registered in any country which is a party to an international convention to which Barbados is also a party. The Minister responsible for civil aviation may, by Order, specify other aircraft that are also exempted from seizure.
