Notes:These Regulations amend the Patents Regulations 1991 (Schedule 1) to enable the Commissioner of Patents to fully participate in electronic document transfer arrangements. The Regulations also make minor procedural amendments to the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 (Schedule 2) and the Designs Regulations 2004 (Schedule 3).
The amendments in Patents are related to application of Patent including specifications of standard Patents, disclosure requirement and completion of basic application.
