This Order of the Minister of Culture and Communication renews the agreement granted to the SCAM, for a 5-years term.

Par arrêté du ministre de la culture et de la communication en date du 9 novembre 2009, l’agrément de la SCAM (Société civile des auteurs multimédia) en vue de la gestion du droit d’autoriser la retransmission par câble, simultanée, intégrale et sans changement sur le territoire national à partir d’un Etat membre de la Communauté européenne est renouvelé à compter du 14 décembre 2009 pour une durée de cinq ans.
