Year of Version 2013 Dates Entry into force: March 30, 2013 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Trademarks Notes This amendment redefines 'Trademark' and 'Bulletin' of Article 4 of the 09.04.2005 version of the Implementing Regulations under the Decree-Law No. 556 Pertaining to the Protection of Trademarks.

It also amends paragraph 2 of Article 6, title of article 7, and Article 8 where it concerns 'petitions'.

The following Articles of the Regulations are amended: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15(2)(b), 15(2)(c), 17(1)(b), 17(1)(c), 18(1), 18(3), 19, 20(2), 22(2), 24(2)(b), 24(2)(c), 25(1), 26(1), 28(2)(b), 28(2)(c), 31, 33(1)(c), 33(1)(d), 34(1), 36(2), 39.

The following Articles are repealed: 25(1)(e), 26(1)(e), 34(2), Provisional Article 1.
