Notes:	The notification by Spain to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Articles 411 to 413 govern civil liability on the part of judicial authorities, which is relevant for the purposes of Article 48 of the TRIPS Agreement. Articles 57, 82 and 87 specify the courts that have jurisdiction in cases of criminal infringement of intellectual property rights, which is relevant for the purposes of Article 61 of the TRIPS Agreement.'
