This Order, issued pursuant to sections 90(1) and 124(3) of the Patents Act 1977 in order to fulfil the international obligations of the UK as a member of the WTO, amends the Patents (Convention Countries) Order 2007.
Article 2 of this Order declares that Samoa and Vanuatu are convention countries for the purposes of section 5 of the Patents Act 1977.
