Notes
Pursuant to subsections 30.2(6), 30.21(4) and 30.3(5) of the Copyright Act, the Regulations aim at circumscribing the exceptions provided for the Copyright Act allowing non-profit libraries, archives and museums, including libraries in educational institutions, to make copies of copyrighted works on behalf of patrons who want them for the purposes of research, private study, criticism or review, education, parody or satire and in other special cases.
