Notes:	This Law amends the law on trademarks and introduces provisions concerning the protection of well-known trademarks in Uzbekistan. Article 32(1) defines the 'well-known trademark'. Article 32(2) stipulates that the well-known trade mark status is conferred by the Appeal Council of the Patent Office.
