Year of Version 2012 Dates Entry into force: May 26, 2011 Issued: May 24, 2011 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated version of Decree of the President No. 673 of May 24, 2011 incorporates all the amendments up to Decree of the President No. 906 of June 27, 2012, which entered into force on the date of signing by the President on June 27, 2012.
Article 3 of the said Decree No. 906 provides for the repeals of subparagraph b of paragraph 2, and subparagraph c of paragraph 3 of the consolidated Decree.
By virtue of Article 1 of this consolidated Decree, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks was renamed as the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).
