Notes:	The purpose of this Circular is to make the registration of industrial designs more efficient. The Circular indicates that if there is no opposition from the third parties against the applicant, the administrative silence rule, which is indicated in Law No. 19.880 on Administrative Procedures will be applied by INAPI (National Institute of Intellectual Property) to the procedures for registration of industrial designs. For specific provisions concerning administrative silence, see Articles 64 and 65 of the Law No. 19.880 on Administrative Procedures.
