This Act establishes a framework to govern professional relations between artists and producers that guarantees the formers' freedom of association. It also creates the Canadian Artists and Producers Relations Tribunal.

Section '71. This Act or any provision thereof shall come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
