This consolidated version of the Special Part of the Civil Code incorporates amendments up to Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 479-IV of July 22, 2011, which came into force on August 17, 2011 (see Section 4, Chapter 30, Article 602 of the consolidated version for the amendments made by the said Law No. 479).
The consolidated Special Part of Code provides regulation of civil and legal relations in the field of intellectual property rights (see Section 4, Chapter 25, Article 493(3); Chapter 29, Article 573(1); Chapter 32, Articles 638, 676 & 679(1)(2); Chapter 38, Article 742(2)(2); Chapter 45, Articles 896-909; Chapter 46, Article 916(4); Chapter 47, Article 938(2); Section 5, Chapters 49-56, Articles 961-1037; and Section 7, Chapter 62, Article 1120).
