Notes:	The notification by Denmark to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'The Order contains provisions on the detailed application and registration of the provisions of the Trademarks Act, No. 341 of 6 June 1991, including the 1996 amendments, and the Collective Marks Act, No. 342 of 6 June 1991. The Order replaces the Order concerning application and registration of trademarks and collective marks No. 151 of March 20, 1996.'
