Notes:	The Organic Code on the Justice System introduces amendments to the Law on Intellectual Property (Consolidation No. 2006-013) regarding the competence of the judges. Provision No. 5 amends Article 294 of the Law on Intellectual Property and states that shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes on Intellectual Property matters in the first instance, judges of administrative litigation of the defendant's domicile, and secondly, the special Chamber in this matter in the respective provincial court. It also provides that appeals to set off in this area will be known by the Chamber of Administrative Litigation of the National Court of Justice.
