Notes:	- Article 338º corresponds to the crime of falsification or alteration of trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of 'intellectual works or products of any industry', or their use whenever the trade name, trademark o sign has been legally registered in Venezuela. - Article 339º corresponds to the crime of importing or commercializing 'intellectual works or products of any industry', falsified or altered, or by which it could be mislead into error regarding their origin or quality, whenever the works, trade names, trademarks or signs have been legally registered in Venezuela. - Article 340º corresponds to the crime of patent or trade secret infringement.
