New eMadrid (Beta) – Your Default Environment From September

The new eMadrid (beta) – a centralized digital hub with powerful integrated workbench – will become the default environment for managing international trademark registration transactions from September.

Visual features a close-up photo of hands typing on a laptop keyboard. There's a pink hexagon with the letter “T” in outlined white, and a white circle with a large white letter “M” inside, partially filled with cyan. The background is bright cyan and magenta pink.

If you’re not already using eMadrid (beta), we strongly encourage you to start now to ensure a smooth transition.

The new eMadrid environment includes:

  • Integrated workbench – View applications and manage registrations securely in one place, with powerful sorting, filtering and batch processing.
  • Collaboration features – Share access; set roles and permissions; work with your team.
  • Real-time updates and prompts – Stay on top of key actions with alerts and prompts.
  • Built-in guidance – Complete transactions confidently with validation, pre-filled fields, and step-by-step assistance.

Important: eMadrid (beta) data is real – we’ll process any requests you submit.

  • Open the relevant international trademark registration.
  • Click the “Certified documents” tab.
