Be part of the Inaugural Global Forum for IP Prosecutors
The WIPO Global Forum for IP Prosecutors (the Forum) aims to connect prosecutors from around the world to exchange experiences, learn from real-life cases and strengthen investigative and prosecutorial capabilities.
Organized by WIPO's Building Respect for Intellectual Property (BRIP) Division, this is the inaugural edition of the Forum.
Participants will:
- Examine practical approaches to evidence collection, handling and preservation, including electronic evidence.
- Explore cross-border cooperation mechanisms, criminal network investigations, and the role of Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) and other international frameworks.
- Dive deep into investigative and prosecutorial techniques, including in the digital environment.
- Build a strong network of like-minded prosecutors.
