Users need to sign in with strong authentication to make full use of the Actions functionality. ePCT Actions enable users to submit online requests for specific applications as an alternative to drafting and submitting a letter, and upload documents not only to the IB but also to other Offices accepting e-Routed documents via ePCT in their capacity as RO, ISA or IPEA.
