PCTupdate

The PCT Operations Customer Support Section is airing a series of webinars dedicated to ePCT, a web-based system for filing and management of PCT applications easily accessible via a WIPO Account by both applicants and IP Offices.

In this one-hour Zoom session, we will analyse some typical ePCT related questions frequently received at the PCT eServices help desk and provide answers, tips and advice based on ePCT best practice. The topics cover strong authentication methods, ePCT-filing, actions and documents upload, eHandshake and access rights, etc. If you have any related question that you would like us to address at the session, we encourage you to submit it by Friday, 30 September 2022 to the PCT Operations Customer Support Section at pct.eservices@wipo.int

As usual, our panelists will reply to the questions received during the session via the Q&A feature in Zoom. We will also take time at the end to answer some of them live.
