The much-anticipated announcement of the winners for the 2023 edition of the WIPO National IP Essay Competition will take place on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 14:00 (WAT).|This year’s edition is the third edition of the competition which began in 2020, for students enrolled in tertiary institutions across Nigeria. Entrants for this year’s edition were invited to explore the theme of Gender Inclusivity as a Strategy to Drive Innovation and Creativity in Nigeria. A total of 164 entries were received of which an overall winner and 15 finalists have emerged.
