Madrid System Online Services: Scheduled Maintenance and Disruptions from July 9 to 11, 2021

Due to scheduled maintenance on our internal system, Madrid System online services will be unavailable from Friday, July 9 to Sunday, July 11. Friday, July 9 will be a non-working day for the Madrid System.
Which services will be disconnected?
You will not be able to access the following applications:
For that reason, we suggest that you plan your requests submissions ahead of time should you choose to use our online services.
IMPORTANT: Friday, July 9 will be a non-working day for the Madrid System. This means that, for instance, if your international registration renewal due date is Friday 9, you may renew it until Monday, July 12, without paying a surcharge. For more information, you can refer to Information Notice No. 10/2021 .
Are there any other services that will be impacted?
For that reason, we suggest that you plan ahead of time, should you require the use of any of these features.
All other functionalities of Madrid Monitor will remain available. You will still be able to access the interface of the Madrid Portfolio Manager and of the Madrid Office Portal, apart from the features and transactions aforementioned.
All other online tools will be accessible as usual.
REMEMBER: Our Customer Service agents may not be able to reply to specific questions on your pending requests due to the unavailability of our internal system on Friday (Geneva time).
