The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), along with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), the Licensing Executive Society (LES) Spain and Portugal, the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, has updated its model technology transfer contracts and user guides, making them available to users free of charge.
This valuable initiative supports companies, universities, and research institutions by facilitating knowledge and technology transfer through practical tools for confidentiality agreements, licensing, material transfers, and R&D projects.
