Good news for Hague customers holding a Current Account at WIPO
July 21, 2020
As part of its continuous efforts to improve customer experience, WIPO has added a new functionality in its payment interface, ePay. Hague customers who pay for Hague services with their Current Account at WIPO can now access detailed information regarding amounts debited from their Current Account. As of July 1, 2020, Hague customers are able to add an internal reference number when paying for a Hague transaction through ePay.
This reference is then displayed in the Current Account monthly statement and in the Current Account’s Portal, providing additional information for each payment made. This new ePay functionality seeks to respond to customers’ needs by facilitating the management of their funds deposited with WIPO.
