Country Share: Yearly supplementary and complementary fees

Hello! Welcome to our tutorial.

In this video you will learn how to read the Country Share report.

Enter your IP Portal Dashboard and find the widget "Distribution Reports for IP Offices".

Open the "Quick start guide" to find answers to your questions regarding distribution reports.

Select the type of document "Country share – yearly Supplementary & Complementary fees". This document contains a list of supplementary and complementary fees for a given year.

Select a specific year of which you would like to receive a report.

Remember that a "year" is considered as "calendar year" (that is from the 1st of January to the 31st of December).

When all the filters are applied, click on the download icon.

You can download a country share report in PDF format. Click on "PDF Download". The download will start immediately.

This document contains several pages and consists of a letter, indicating the total amount of the fees paid and a report showing the standard fees collected on behalf of each country.
