New/Updated PCT Resources
PCT Forms are available in Russian
Forms relating to the Receiving Office, to the International Searching Authority and to the International Preliminary Examining Authority, with effect from 1 July 2022, are now all available in Russian in addition to English, French, German and Spanish.
Language can be chosen at the top of each page.
We thank the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (Russian Federation) for providing the Russian translation of these Forms for the benefit of PCT users.
Updated PCT Highlights on PCT recent and future developments
Updates on amendments to the PCT Regulations - entry into force on 1 January 2026 and PCT Meetings have been added to the PCT Highlights webpage. This page provides advanced PCT users with a quick and high-level overview of the most recent changes over the last year, key resources and future developments, and is updated monthly.
