Singapore, August 3 2026 – The WIPO Singapore Office (WSO) welcomes the publication of the benchmark Intangibles Disclosure Framework (IDF) report of Srinanaporn Marketing Public Company Limited (SNNP), one of Thailand’s leading food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The report is now publicly available through the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore’s (IPOS) Intangible Disclosure Framework resource portal.
This publication marks an important milestone under the Foundational Intangibles Disclosure (FIND) Programme, a collaborative initiative involving IPOS, WSO, the Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The programme was established to demonstrate how enterprises can apply the Intangibles Disclosure Framework in practice to better communicate the value of their intangible assets and support business growth.
Developed as one of the benchmark reports, SNNP’s disclosure illustrates how businesses can identify, communicate and manage key intangible assets through the four pillars of the IDF: Strategy, Identification, Measurement and Management (SIMM). The report highlights how SNNP’s intangible assets -- including its strong portfolio of brands and trademarks, extensive distribution networks, customer relationships and databases, and proprietary trade secrets in product development and operations -- support the company’s long-term growth and international competitiveness.
SNNP’s participation has demonstrated the relevance of the IDF beyond Singapore and across diverse industries in ASEAN. As a leading Thai manufacturer and distributor of snacks and beverages, the IDF framework is used to articulate how the intangible assets underpin strategic priorities such as overseas expansion, brand leadership and channel strengthening. The report provides, moreover, a practical example of how enterprises can link intangible assets to business strategy, performance measurement and value creation.
The publication of the SNNP report follows the earlier benchmark report developed with Singapore-listed Nanofilm Technologies International Limited. Together, these two benchmark reports showcase the applicability of the IDF across different sectors and markets, while providing practical reference materials for enterprises seeking to improve their communication of intangible asset value to investors, financiers and other stakeholders.
Notably as well, the FIND Programme forms part of broader efforts by WIPO and IPOS to strengthen understanding and disclosure of intangible assets in the region. Building on the success of the pilot phase, WIPO and IPOS are working to expand the programme by developing a pool of service providers and supporting more enterprises in using the IDF to achieve tangible and value-adding business outcomes such as capital raising, enhanced stakeholder communications and growth strategies.
The publication of this SNNP’s benchmark report is expected to contribute to fostering broader awareness and adoption of intangible asset disclosure practices across ASEAN and, in the process, helping businesses better communicate the value of their intellectual property, brands, know-how and other intangible assets in an increasingly knowledge-driven and borderless global economy.
