eMadrid Workbench: New Features to Streamline Trademark Management

We’re pleased to announce new enhancements to your eMadrid workbench, making it even easier to manage your international trademark registrations.

What’s new in your workbench?

Email addresses at a glance

You can now see the on-record holder and representative email addresses on the details page of each international trademark registration in your workbench.

What this means for you

You can instantly identify which on-record email address is associated with each international trademark registration you hold or manage.

Who can see these email addresses in the eMadrid workbench?

  • Holders and representatives
  • Anyone who has access rights to specific assets

Email addresses are NOT visible to any other users.

Smart alert filtering

You can now filter alerts in your workbench, helping you to focus on what matters most and fix issues faster. For example, filter by alerts related to missing holder email addresses.

Important reminders

  • Your workbench automatically includes all international trademark registrations that share the same email address as the WIPO Account you used to login to eMadrid. Assets missing? Find out why and explore how to add them.

  • We DO NOT share your contact details with third parties. We use your email address solely for international trademark registration administration and security verification.

  • If you grant access rights to your assets to others, they will be able to see on-record holder and representative email addresses when they’re logged into their eMadrid workbenches.

These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to keep improving eMadrid for everyone.
