IAP: Peru
Income eligibility criteria:
- Individuals with monthly income of less than 3.5 legal minimum wages: S/ 3.955.
- Micro enterprises with annual income of less than 150 UIT and up to 10 employees.
- Small enterprises with annual income of between 150 UIT and 1,700 UIT and up to 100 employees.
Invention eligibility criteria:
- A positive feasibility report (preliminary assessment on exclusions or exceptions, and patentability requirements) of the current or previous year, issued under the PATENTA program.
Documentation required to demonstrate eligibility:
- Copy of most recent SUNAT (tax authority) return or proof of income for the last three months (for individuals).
- Copy of registration in REMYPE (Small and Microenterprise Registry) (for enterprises).
- Drawings explaining your invention (optional).
