Türkiye has been a member of WIPO since 1976 and is a signatory to over 20 WIPO treaties.
The national IP offices of Türkiye are the Directorate General for Copyright at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT). The offices are located in Ankara.
