The national IP offices of Mauritania are the Cultural Cooperation and Intellectual Property Department, Directorate of Culture and Arts at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the Directorate of Industry at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Tourism. The offices are located in Nouakchott.
