Die WTO-Mitteilung hält fest: 'Das Gesetz enthält Vorschriften zur Erstreckung von Marken, Handelsbezeichnungen, Geschmacksmustern, Gebrauchsmustern und Patenten im Lichte der Wiedervereinigung Deutschlands'.
